GeoRecall Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using GeoRecall (the "App"), developed by CyberTek Dynamics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
GeoRecall is a universal location-memory utility designed to allow users to save, categorize, and navigate back to specific geographic coordinates. Features include, but are not limited to, high-accuracy GPS polling, local data encryption, and integration with third-party navigation providers.
3. Premium Purchases ("Lifetime Premium" & Subscriptions)
Transactions: All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store billing system.
Lifetime Premium: The "Lifetime" tier refers to the functional life of the application. It is a one-time payment that unlocks all current and future premium features (such as enhanced accuracy logic and unlimited pins) for as long as the App is supported by CyberTek Dynamics.
Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play’s refund policies and must be submitted through the Google Play Store.
4. Location Accuracy & Technical Disclaimer
GPS Limitations: GeoRecall relies on your device's hardware and the Global Positioning System (GPS). Accuracy can be affected by atmospheric conditions, signal obstruction (tall buildings, canyons, indoor use), and hardware quality.
"As-Is" Accuracy: While the App utilizes a high-accuracy retry logic (FR-2.7), CyberTek Dynamics does not guarantee that any saved location will be 100% accurate. Users should not rely solely on the App for critical navigation in life-threatening or emergency situations.
Third-Party Maps: Navigation is provided via third-party apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze). CyberTek Dynamics is not responsible for the accuracy of routes or traffic data provided by these external services.
5. User Responsibility & Safety
Personal Safety: You are solely responsible for your own safety when navigating to saved spots. Do not use the App in a way that distracts you from driving or walking safely.
Property Access: Saving a location in GeoRecall does not grant you the right to enter that location. Users must respect all local laws, private property rights, and "No Trespassing" signs.
Data Input: You are responsible for the labels and categories you assign to locations. CyberTek Dynamics is not liable for confusion or loss resulting from incorrectly labeled pins.
6. Data Responsibility & "Local-First" Policy
Local Storage: All location data is stored locally and encrypted on your device. CyberTek Dynamics does not maintain backups of your data on any remote servers.
Data Loss: If you lose your device, uninstall the App, or clear the App’s system data, your saved locations will be permanently lost. It is your responsibility to manage your device and any manual data exports.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the physical and biometric security of your device to prevent unauthorized access to your saved location history.
7. Service Continuity and Modifications
CyberTek Dynamics reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time. "Lifetime" access does not guarantee compatibility with all future versions of the Android operating system or future hardware (e.g., changes to GPS sensor standards).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberTek Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including, but not limited to, loss of data, personal injury, property damage, or trespass penalties—arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
