Acceptance of Terms:
By downloading, installing, or using Bill Trackr (the "App"), developed by CyberTek Dynamics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service:
Bill Trackr is a personal finance organization tool that provides features including, but not limited to, bill tracking, automated reminders, receipt scanning via Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and loan amortization/acceleration calculations.
Premium Purchases ("Lifetime Premium" & Subscriptions)
Transactions: All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store billing system.
Lifetime Premium: The "Lifetime" tier refers to the functional life of the application. It is a one-time payment that unlocks all current and future premium features for as long as the App is supported by CyberTek Dynamics.
Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play’s refund policies and must be submitted through the Google Play Store.
Financial Disclaimer (No Professional Advice)
Informational Purpose Only: Bill Trackr is a technical tool for organizational purposes. All calculations—specifically including loan amortization, interest savings projections, and bill totals—are estimates based on user-provided data.
No Advice: CyberTek Dynamics does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions.
Accuracy of Data: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input. We are not responsible for errors in financial planning resulting from incorrect user input or technical calculation discrepancies.
Responsibility for Payments and Late Fees
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your bills are paid on time to your respective creditors.
Notification Disclaimer: While Bill Trackr provides reminder notifications, CyberTek Dynamics does not guarantee that notifications will be delivered at all times. System updates, battery optimization settings on your device, or technical failures may prevent notifications.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall CyberTek Dynamics be liable for late fees, service disconnections, interest accrual, or any other damages resulting from missed payments or the failure of a reminder notification.
Data Responsibility & "Local-First" Policy
Local Storage: All data is stored locally on your device. We do not obtain and/or maintain backups of your data on our servers.
Data Loss: If you lose your device, clear the App’s cache/data, or uninstall the App, your data will be permanently lost unless you have manually exported a backup (e.g., via Excel Export).
Security: Features like Biometric Unlock are provided for convenience. You are responsible for maintaining the physical security of your device.
Receipt Scanning (OCR):
The Receipt Scanner uses Machine Learning to extract data. OCR technology is not 100% accurate. You are required to review and verify all data extracted from receipts before saving it to your records.
Service Continuity and Modifications:
CyberTek Dynamics reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time. "Lifetime" access does not guarantee that the App will be compatible with all future versions of the Android operating system or future hardware.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberTek Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
